DeMarcus Cousins suspension is the most noteworthy piece of news on tonight’s 12 game slate as it creates a ton of value throughout the Kings roster. With the team playing at home, they are only listed as 8.5 point favorites and quite honestly their team played much better without Cousins for long stretches last game because ball movement significantly improved. Three games are currently listed with over/unders greater than 220 points and only two games currently possess spreads in the double-digits. In other words, tonight should be a fun one (at least much more so than last night). Without further ado, let’s get to work…

Roster Construction

Without any top tier stars on the slate, and with plenty of value emerging from the Kings team, rosters can be rounded out nicely tonight. On DraftKings (DK), rostering the combination of Kosta Koufos and Willie Cauley-Stein leaves a team with an average of $7,150 to spend and on FantasyDraft (FDr) it leaves users with an average of $14,333. In other words, going balanced beyond the Kings punts is the suggested play tonight because so much fire power can then be stuffed into a single lineup. Assuming the Kings game remains close, both Koufos and Cauley-Stein can crush value and they can be paired with a plethora of studs.

Note: all mentions of fantasy points are based off of the DraftKings (DK) and FantasyDraft (FDr) scoring systems
